Ministries

Kids

"Let the little children come to me and do not stop them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these” (Matthew 19:14).

Our children’s ministry program provides opportunities for children to learn about God through Sunday morning activities and other special events held throughout the year.  Our Sunday School program has classes for toddlers through high school.

"Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith, and in purity” (1 Timothy 4:12).

Our youth ministry program strives to help our teenagers grow as disciples of Jesus.  We offer confirmation classes for junior high students (Wednesdays, 6 - 7:30 PM).   There are also age-appropriate Sunday morning Bible studies and other group-building, service-oriented activities that are planned throughout the year.  These groups are led by godly men and women who deeply care about the youth of our church, and are willing to serve as mentors and models for them.

Hope U - Adult Bible Class

"Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach one another with all wisdom" (Colossians 3:16).

We kicked off a new style of adult bible class called Hope University.  The intent is to create a lecture type environment in which all will learn how to be everyday theologians in our world.  Each week is a packed study of a specific theological element and how it applies to everyday life.  Join us after Sunday Worship at 10:30am for our next session!

Life Groups

"And they devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching, and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.  They broke bread together in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts" (Acts 2:42, 46).

We believe that the Christian life is best lived in community with other believers where we can challenge and encourage each other.  At various intervals throughout the year, we offer a variety of small group bible studies that meet in people's homes.  Current small group options include:

Book Group (September thru May) - led by Tim and Jil Spitzack

Men's Group-Led by Adam Bauer

Women's Group-Led by Kristi Bauer
Family Group (September thru May)

Prayer

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6-7).
